Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship worldwide using trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to customs inspections.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.
Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if applicable.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
